Laing Residence
This renovation included the removal of a guest room replacing it with a new living area and home theatre. The roof structure was completely altered. New jarrah windows, doors and floors were fitted to the rear addition.
The sloping site had difficult side access. The requirements for the addition were adjusted to fit within the client’s budget. LMH worked with the draughtsperson to achieve the desired outcome. LMH has done several jobs since based on this client’s recommendations.
