Spencer Residence
This renovation involved completely remodeling the front of the existing home. A games room, double garage and an ensuite bathroom was added. The old roof was removed and replaced with a new roof structure and new tiles. All external walls were texture coated and an exposed concrete aggregate driveway was laid.
The site was level and had good access. The client already had a clear idea of what they wanted. LMH provided them with drafting services to help prepare them for lodgement with their local council.
Visitors to the completed residence regularly think it’s a new home. The result has been a complete transformation.
