This 1920’s classic home, positioned on a 911 square metre block, was completely remodelled. The existing front facade was fully refurbished. Behind the facade the whole house was renovated, including a new second storey addition & rear timber verandah.
The block had a difficult side access with little space for building material storage. LMH worked closely with the client to ensure all fixtures and fittings complimented both the building’s historic background and it’s modern transformation.
